The Bada$$ Collective, founded in Dallas-Forth Worth, is a safe place where women and allies can come together, ask questions, share ideas, and support one another.

Our Mission

In The State of Allyship Report: The Key to Workplace Inclusion, Change Catalyst found 92% of those surveyed felt allies have been valuable in their careers. The numbers don’t lie. Those with at least one ally in their workplace are nearly twice as likely to feel like they belong and are satisfied with their workplace culture and job role.

Allyship can lead to higher engagement, improved productivity, a greater sense of belonging, higher retention, reduced stress, and career advancement.

A note from the founder

Our Bada$$ community was a natural evolution of something I’ve always loved to do: make connections! I founded the group after experiencing an unexpected layoff in 2017. As part of my job search, I planned a happy hour as a way to reconnect with my network, make new connections, and perhaps find leads for prospective job opportunities. A supportive community I needed didn’t exist at that time, so I created it!

I’m extremely proud of what it has evolved into, a safe place for like-minded professionals to cultivate business relationships organically. Seven years later we are continuing to thrive and evolve.
